Winds are light from the SW and conditions are reasonably clean on the South Coast early, with just a bit of leftover wobble in the swell. Surf is around 3′ along the Middleton – Goolwa stretch, with cleanish 1 – 2′ waves around at Chiton / Gap. Waits and Parson’s should be a tad bigger, winds will favour Waits in nest to the point. Winds will pick up during the morning and tend more onshore Southerly at 15 – 20 knots after lunch. There’s a bit of a window early but conditions will deteriorate once the wind kicks in.
