Mid Coast

Conditions are clean on the Mid Coast early with light East winds, but there’s not much left of yesterday’s swell. There are 1′ waves on some of the reefs, but not everywhere is breaking coming up to high tide at 0815. The dropping tide may open up a few more options, and low tide mid arvo will favour Trigs and the beach breaks. Forecast from the BoM indicates light/variable winds all day, but don’t be surprised if a light sea breeze kicks in late morning. If the breeze comes up there will be a few bumps before it backs off again in the evening. There should still be enough swell for a late paddle, but it will possibly be a bit inconsistent. Shred factor 3/10.
