Mid Coast

The wind has dropped out on the Mid Coast overnight, but early it’s still very light onshore from the SW. The light breeze is adding a bit of a bump to the fading swell, and the dropping tide isn’t helping much either. Surf is around 1′ on the reefs with rare bigger sets, becoming rarer as the water gets lower. The beach breaks and Trigs will pick up a few more waves through low tide between 11 and midday, and there’s a chance of a brief pulse on the incoming tide early arvo. The wind is predicted to turn light and variable, so it will be clean at least. Hopefully. High tide is at 5pm, and it will be a bit full after 4pm. Shred factor 3/10.
