Mid Coast

The wind is from the East at 12 knots on the Mid Coast, and conditions are clean. Unfortunately swell is still lacking, and surf is only around shin high on the reefs with the tide heading out until 10am. Low tide will only reveal small peelers at South Port, but it’ll be clean at least. The incoming tide doesn’t look like it will boost the swell much, if at all – only the off one footer early arvo. Winds may go a bit NE at 10 – 15 knots before dropping out and becoming variable sometime later in the day. It’s a great day to head down the beach with a high 30’s max expected, but surfing options will be limited to micro grommies. Shred factor 2/10
