Mid Coast

Conditions are clean on the Mid Coast early with a light SE wind, but there’s very little swell. The full tide isn’t helping it, but surf is still only about half a foot on the reefs. High tide is at 7, then the tide drains out until 1pm. There’s a chance a few lines of new swell will begin to hit the beachies and the Trigses at lunchtime, and it may build to a Mally wave on the incoming tide after lunch. The wind may also go more SOutherly and add a few bumps, before switching back to a sou-easter in the evening. Selected reefs will probably have a few clean 1′ peelers this evening. Check the latest surf forecast to see how the rest of the week is looking.
