South Coast

There’s actually a faint puff of offshore breeze on the South Coast this morning, and conditions are sort of glassy with leftover lumps. Surf is around 2 – 3′ at Middleton, and it’s a similar size along the Day St. – Surfer’s stretch. There are glassy bumps pushing in at Knights and Boomer, and it’s 2′ at Chiton Rocks. Waits and Parson’s will offer another foot or so, but might be weird with the swell still trying to sort itself out. The wind is expected to remain light most of the day, but it’ll probably shift offshore late morning / early arvo at 10 knots from the SE. Middleton Bay / Point are not too bad early.
