South Coast

The wind has dropped overnight on the South Coast early, but it’s still light SE and conditions are sort of lumpy / glassy. Surf is around  2′ between Middleton and Goolwa and looking pretty weak, with Parson’s offering partial shelter and slightly more size. There are also a few peaky 2′ waves around at Chiton / Gap. There is a ray of hope, with winds shifting more to the NE late morning and picking up to 10 knots or so. Hopefully that will iron out a few of the kinks and offer some improvement in quality after lunch. The swell will remain on the small side all day. Outlook for the rest of the week is in the latest surf forecast. Shred factor 4/10
